The short version
- The calculator runs entirely in your browser. Your mileage and fuel numbers are never sent to us.
- If you enter your email, the production form sends only your email address, the IFTA-calculator source label and the selected quarter so we can send deadline reminders. It does not send your worksheet. We never sell or rent your email, and you can unsubscribe from any message.
- The result is an estimate, not a filed return. Always verify current rates at iftach.org.
What we collect
- Nothing, by default. Entering miles and gallons and calculating your reconciliation involves no account and sends no data to us — the math happens locally in your browser.
- Your email, only if you submit the form. In production, the reminder form sends your email address, the source label and selected quarter. It does not send the mileage, fuel entries or generated summary.
How we use your email
- To send the worksheet you requested and reminders roughly two weeks before each IFTA due date.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your email to anyone.
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

- Rates change quarterly and edge cases exist (surcharges, jurisdictions with no published rate). Verify your figures against the official IFTA rate matrix before filing.
