These terms cover the Free IFTA Calculator website (ifta-calculator.pages.dev) and its read-only AI assistant connector. They are provided by Money You’re Owed, a trading name of AUSSIE-AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House no. 17193460). By using the site or the connector you agree to them.
Estimates, not tax advice
- The calculator and connector produce a reconciliation estimate, not a filed tax return, and they are not tax, legal or accounting advice.
- Rates change every quarter and edge cases exist (surcharges, jurisdictions with no published rate). Check your figures against the official IFTA rate matrix before you file.
- You are responsible for what you file with your base jurisdiction.
- We are not affiliated with IFTA, Inc. or any tax authority.
Using the service
- The calculator and connector cost nothing to use and need no account.
- The connector is read-only: it answers questions and does maths on the numbers it is given. It files nothing, sends nothing and takes no payments.
- Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to overload it, get around its rate limits, or break or probe it without permission.
- We may change, pause or stop the calculator or the connector at any time.
Our responsibility
- The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep the rates and maths correct but cannot promise they are free of errors.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the estimates, including penalties or interest on a return. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest version.
